Refund Policy

Payment and refund requests are reviewed by Goura Swarnabhoomi Educational Welfare Society according to the applicable fee purpose, payment status, and supporting records. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Contact swarnabhoomi.sews@gmail.com or 9800951101 with the student ID, receipt number, payment reference, date, amount, and reason. Approved refunds, where applicable, are returned through an appropriate recorded method after verification.
