Do you guarantee admission?

No. Admission depends on eligibility, merit, entrance results, seat availability, documents, institutional rules, government guidelines, payment requirements, and the final decision of the concerned authority. GSEWS provides guidance and support but does not guarantee admission.

Can parents contact GSEWS directly?

Yes. Parents or guardians can contact us to understand course options, college guidance, documents, admission steps, coaching details, and student support services.

Do you help students choose the right course?

Yes. We guide students based on qualification, stream, interest, eligibility, entrance exam status, academic goal, and future planning needs.

Which course categories do you provide guidance for?

We provide guidance for Engineering, Medical and Allied Health, Management, Pharmacy, Law, Education, Computer Applications, Arts, Science, Commerce, Nursing, Research programs, and other academic or professional streams.

What should I do if I am confused about my future career?

You can contact our counsellors for career guidance. We will try to understand your academic background, interest areas, strengths, and goals before suggesting possible course and stream directions.

Do you help students select colleges?

Yes. We help students and parents understand institution options, course availability, eligibility, location preference, documents, admission process, and important comparison factors.

Institution names shown on the website may be examples of institutions students commonly ask about. Unless clearly mentioned with valid written authorization, GSEWS does not claim official partnership, representation, or admission authority for any institution.

Should I verify college information myself?

Yes. Students and parents should always verify final course details, eligibility, fees, recognition, approval, admission dates, and seat availability from official websites, prospectus, admission offices, or authorized sources.

Documents Required

What documents are generally required for admission?

Common documents may include Class 10 and 12 marksheets, admit cards, identity proof, passport-size photographs, entrance exam scorecard if applicable, caste or category certificate if applicable, migration certificate, transfer certificate, and other institution-specific documents.

Can GSEWS help me prepare documents?

We can guide students and parents about common document requirements and preparation steps. Final responsibility for submitting genuine, correct, complete, and valid documents remains with the student and parent or guardian.

Can document requirements change?

Yes. Document requirements may change depending on course, institution, entrance exam, admission authority, government notification, and verification rules.

Coaching Classes

Do you provide coaching classes?

Yes. GSEWS provides academic coaching and student support services. Current subjects, batches, timings, fees, and teacher availability can be discussed with our office team.

Which classes do you support?

Coaching support may be available for school students from Class 5 to Class 12, subject-wise support, board-wise support, and foundation guidance for competitive preparation depending on batch availability.

Do you support WB, CBSE, and ICSE students?

Support may be available for West Bengal Board, CBSE, ICSE, ISC, and other recognized boards depending on class, subject, teacher availability, and batch schedule.

Fees, Refunds & Communication

Are counselling or service fees refundable?

Do you sell personal information?
