Registered under the West Bengal Societies Act, XXVI of 1961 with Government Registration No. S0060911 of 2025-2026.

GSEWS provides educational guidance, admission counselling, course selection support, college information, academic coaching information, documentation guidance, and student support services.

Our role is to guide students and parents with available academic options and admission-related information. We do not claim to be the official admission authority of any college, university, board, council, or government department unless specifically stated with valid authorization.

3. No Guaranteed Admission

Admission to any course, college, university, or institution depends on eligibility, availability of seats, entrance examination results, merit, documentation, institutional rules, government guidelines, payment of applicable fees, and other criteria decided by the concerned authority.

GSEWS does not guarantee admission, scholarship, placement, visa approval, examination result, or any specific academic outcome unless such guarantee is officially provided in writing by the concerned institution or authority.

4. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep website content, course information, college details, eligibility information, fees, dates, and admission updates accurate and current. However, educational information can change frequently.

Students and parents should verify final details from the official website, admission office, prospectus, notification, or authorized representative of the concerned institution before making any final decision.

Students, parents, guardians, and website visitors agree to:

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

If any service fee, counselling fee, coaching fee, application assistance fee, or other charge is applicable, the details will be communicated separately before payment.

Institutional fees, college fees, university fees, examination fees, hostel fees, application fees, or government charges are controlled by the respective authority and may change without prior notice.

Refund rules, if applicable, will depend on the specific service, payment type, stage of work completed, and the policy communicated at the time of payment. Fees paid directly to third-party institutions will be governed by their own refund policies.

8. Counselling and Guidance Limitation

Our guidance is based on information shared by the student or parent, available educational data, institutional information, and our understanding of the admission process. Final decisions regarding course, college, career, payment, and admission are the responsibility of the student and parent or guardian.
